Cooking from the garden
A few days ago, I made eggs Florentine using the last/only swiss chard from the garden. The chard hadn't germinated worth a darn even after replanting. It tasted great.
A few weeks ago, I made moussaka with eggplant from the garden. It didn't seem as good as the first time I made it which was better than Mr Greek's. I used a recipe from the milk calendar. The next day, it was amazing. I could taste the eggplant.
