The twenty-third week in review

This was a busy but unproductive week.

On the IT front, my Internet prospecting found only one job worth applying for (Sr. Systems Support Analyst at BMO) although it was on Sun Solaris where I don't have a lot of experience. I got my shot at WSIB (second time I've made it to second phase). I had forgotten that I had interviewed there unsuccessfully in a past life for a networking job (arranged by a recruiter, it was CISCO and I was mainframe-sound familiar). Is this a jinx?

On the teaching front, there were no new prospects. I spent way too much time trying to prepare a tutoring assignment so I'm seriously rethinking this career strategy, or at least teaching mathematics.
