I got a call from CIBC this afternoon to interview for a Service Delivery Consultant position. I think the role is a liaison between their developers and their outsourcer. It's the first ITIL position I've gotten an interview for.

This is the second time I applied for this job. One of my teammates got an interview the first time around.
